Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate : 11 / 25 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1820.13 - $2097.10
Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Lexinton, SC.
Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience : 1 year
Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)

Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing / long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card / documentation - No Declinations Accepted
