About The Position
Position : Inpatient Psychiatrist
Location : Tennessee
Start Date : ASAP (Credentialing can be completed in as little as 3 weeks)
Duration : Minimum 3 months with option to extend
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Position Overview : We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for an inpatient role in Tennessee. This position involves working across 6 units, each with a maximum of 25 beds.
Responsibilities include :
- Rotational admissions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 15 30-minute evaluations to determine patient eligibility for inpatient care
- Collaborating with a Treatment Team in both Acute and Sub-Acute Units
- Acute Units : 5 visits with the Treatment Team per week
- Sub-Acute Units : 1 visit with the Treatment Team per week
- EMR : Avatar
