Howmet Aerospace is currently looking an Etcher to join our Howmet Casting located in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours for this Midnight Shift are Sunday Night - Thursday Night 10 : 30p - 7 : 00a. Training would occur Monday - Friday 6 : 30A - 3 : 00P.
New Hire Starting Hourly Rate : $ 24.79 ; After 12 Months : $27.35
Position will receive an hourly "shift premium" while assigned to an off-shift.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Etcher’s are responsible to dipping the castings in a chemical sequence to clean the metal. This is a certified position requiring 400 hours of training.

INTERPERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Has daily contact with employees in their own and other departments as well as management in other departments. Occasional contact is had with business representatives as well as auditors.
SUPERVISION
Under the direct supervision of the shift group leader, department supervisor and manufacturing manager. The Etcher does not have supervisory responsibility for any other employees, however, he or she may be asked occasionally to train new employees.
