Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning across development teams.
- Establish and document project timelines and complexities.
- Lead feature development and execution for large projects across multiple platforms, languages, and time zones.
- Effectively manage and communicate release planning throughout the organization.
- Develop and refine product release checklists with relevant stakeholders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on high-level capacity planning during quarterly planning and on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
- Track team velocity, and recommend organizational changes to enhance project development and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of program management experience.
- Ability to quickly identify process issues and develop iterative solutions.
- Focus on continuously improving team quality and output.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using data to track team performance and make informed recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, with a reputation for providing reliable status updates.
- Proactive, self-starting attitude.
