Job Description
Medical Center : Reimbursement (Full-Time, Day Shift) -
- Job Summary : The Financial Analyst 2-Reimbursement performs a variety of complex job duties such as gathering statistical data;
- assisting with the HCAI financial disclosures and Medicare and Medi-Cal cost reports; working with outside consultants on reimbursement issues;
must stay current on Federal and State reimbursement changes; reconciling various general ledger accounts. These services may be provided for all LLUH hospitals.
Perform other duties as needed.
Education and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting required. Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
Minimum three years financial analysis or related experience required, or completion of LLUH Management Residency Program;
healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills : Able to keyboard 40 wpm. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality;
use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate / troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.

Licensures and Certifications : Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), any other financial relevant certification or Master's Degree preferred.
