Desirable Qualifications :
- Self-starter who has the ability to work in a team from the filing of a complaint through trial
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Draft pleadings and other documents
- 5 years+ of Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus - Fluent in Spanish
