Scrum Master
Scrum Lead
Our industry-leading client is looking for a Scrum Lead to join their team!
Location : This role will have a hybrid schedule of remote work and onsite work in Boston, MA! Candidates must be local to Boston for this opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Promote Agile principles and practices within squads and organization
- Guide squads towards effective backlog management, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Director on backlog prioritization and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Provide thought leadership and coach squad members for Agile maturity.
- Work with other teams across the organization to coordinate and manage dependencies and delivery
Required Experience :
- 5+ years of relevant Agile experience at the Scrum Lead or Agile Coach / Mentor level
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I & II preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and related operational aspects
- Experience working through a transformation of a team to Agile structure and Agile practices
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Experience with and / or knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
