About the Role

Are you an experienced construction or restoration professional ready to lead projects and make a real impact?

SERVPRO® of Rock County is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuild projects from estimate to completion.

This hands-on leadership role combines field management, customer service, and problem-solving — perfect for someone who takes pride in seeing a damaged property fully restored.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of assigned reconstruction and restoration projects.
  • Develop detailed scopes of work and prepare accurate estimates.
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams.
  • Review job documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Manage project costs, equipment, and vehicle use.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and support positive client experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in construction or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of construction, restoration, or project management experience.
  • 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Xactimate experience

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs with assistance).
  • Comfortable with ladders, heights, and confined spaces.
  • Able to work safely around cleaning agents and construction materials.
