Position Description

Korsmo Construction is looking for a Project Manager in our Tacoma office.

Korsmo Construction has been around since the late 1940’s and serves clients throughout the greater Puget Sound Region. We define service as providing a positive, professional, and lasting experience to those we work for as well as to those we work with.

Our Project Manager plans and executes successful project outcomes for assigned projects and clients. Examples of successful outcomes are timely buyout, timely construction milestones and completion, timely change order management, timely close-out, satisfied clients that want to work with Korsmo on their next project, and profitable work.

Position will also mentor team members, train Project Engineers, assist in advancement and annual reviews of team members.

The position is fulltime (40 hours), and the salary range is $90,000-$140,000 per year depending on experience.

Position Requirements

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5-8 years as a Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have demonstrated leadership abilities, public speaking skills, and knowledge of the critical path method. Must have competency in MS Windows as well as MS Office365.
