Handyman - One Harrison

Handyman
Guardian Service Industries, Inc. is looking for a qualified candidate to start working as our a Handyman at one of our sites in Harrison, NJ 07029 locations the position reports directly to the superintendent, assistant and building manager.
This position is full time 40 weekly hours, 8am to 4 : 30PM, Monday thru Friday, This position is temp to possible permanent for the right employee after successful probationary period.*
The handyman accomplishes tasks and projects on a daily basis in accordance with the highest possible standards and manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of Handyman / Maintenance / Lead experience in a service organization
- Knowledge of all basic hand tools
- Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, door lock repairs, and painting / wall repair.
- Knowledge of small electrical power tools (hand drills, sanders, saws, etc.)
- Valid drivers license is a must
- Ability to communicate with operations manager, and property manager
- Bilingual is a plus
