Massachusetts LSP for a senior-level position
Terraphase Engineering is an environmental consulting company seeking a Massachusetts LSP for a senior-level position to facilitate the expansion of our New England Operations.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, visionary professional with a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping our local and corporate growth strategies.

Your role will include direct access to and meaningful collaboration with our Leadership Team to create a supportive environment where your staff can continuously develop and thrive within the environmental industry.
The Role
- Direct and manage site investigation and remediation projects compliant with MA regulations;
- Provide LSP certification for MCP projects;
- Provide technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation;
- Lead and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients;
- Client management
- Project management
- Identify and recruit key staff for growth;
- Identify and implement growth strategies;
- Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;
- Lead national RFP responses.
Who You Are
- LSP Certification
- Hold an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field.
- 15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry
- State and federal-level regulatory expertise is required.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills
- Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry.
- Prior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations / agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required.
- Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS) experience preferred

Salary
Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location with a range of $145,000-$230,000.
