A growing team in Southington, CT is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial for the daily issuance and receiving of materials and chemicals to the manufacturing areas.

- 1st shift 6 : 45am 3 : 15pm
Your New Role :
Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will direct workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely customer service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate documentation as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of required materials, components, chemicals, and supplies to manufacturing areas to support continuous production.
- Order raw materials.
- Conduct facility and equipment audits (area and fork truck checklist) to ensure compliance with cGMP and OSHA standards, maintaining housekeeping protocols.
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Ability to operate electric walker / overhead pallet truck and mechanical stretch wrapper.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient reading, math, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with ERP software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, provide instructions, and resolve issues constructively.
- HSD / GED
