McKinney School of Law Location Indianapolis Position Summary INDIANA UNIVERSITY ROBERT H. MCKINNEY SCHOOL OF LAW seeks a senior faculty member to fill the McKinney Family Chair in Health Law.
Applicants must hold a J.D. or equivalent degree, be a tenured faculty member of an academic institution, have made consistent and substantial contributions to health law scholarship, demonstrate a strong record of teaching, have a proven record of sustained and collegial contributions to discourse in prior work, and have experience working with and mentoring diverse populations.
The Chair will engage in scholarship and teach four courses per academic year, including courses in Health Law or one of its sub-fields, such as food and drug law;
health insurance; health care financing; among others.The Indiana University Robert H.
