Responsibilities

Paradyme Management is hiring a Technical Project Manager with a Secret Clearance to support mission critical programs. The Technical Project Manager will work directly with project team and oversee the overall delivery and performance over the SDLC for the project.

Project team may consist of data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts in the definition of new analytics capabilities able to provide our customers with the information they need to make proper decisions and enable their digital transformation. Duties include :

  • Collaborate with customers to identify and create specific use cases that address customer needs.
  • Identify and maintain KPIs to help drive solutions and delivery.
  • Support development team in technical delivery of work assignments.
  • Foster built-in quality practices to ensure high quality deliverables and adherence to standards and guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding priorities and goals.
  • Actively participate in various team events, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies and risks that can impact the team's ability to deliver value.
  • Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and the team to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
  • Interface with senior leadership with the customers to consult on future technology roadmaps and capabilities.
  • Document customer use cases and requirements, as well as training materials and resources when applicable to the solution being provided.
  • Lead project teams to success.

Qualifications :

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.
  • Secret Clearance
  • Minimum 4 years relevant work experience as a project manager or product owner, leading agile teams for customer solutions and delivery.
  • Effectively connect with and represent customers, understand the customer experience, identify problems and issues to be solved and develop effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify key issues and solutions and convey those to the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have :

  • Real passion for developing team-oriented solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Prior experience as a technical software engineer / developer.
  • Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile setting.
  • Thrive in an autonomous, empowering and exciting environment.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills to collaborate multi-functionally and improve scalability.
  • Interest in committing to a fun, friendly, expansive, and intellectually stimulating environment.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications using IaaS and PaaS on major cloud providers, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services.
  • Conveys highly technical concepts and information in written form to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a team-oriented individual, energetic, result & delivery oriented, with a keen interest on quality and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.

Physical Requirements :

These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.

  • Sedentary work.
  • Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.
  • May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.
  • Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.
  • Hearing, speaking, and vision : Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  • Other : Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times.
