  • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
  • Current CPR / BLS certification\n
  • ACLS certification required\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to changes in patient condition\n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n

  • Assess patients to determine physical, mental, and spiritual needs prior to surgery\n
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary surgical team\n
  • Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families\n
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment\n
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with healthcare standards\n
  • Participate in continuing education and uphold best practices in patient care\n
  • Contribute to a positive and healthy workplace environment\n
  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required\n
