Our client is a highly successful middle-market B2B distribution and services business with multi-state operations serving institutional and commercial customers across the Southern US. This innovative business offers advanced solutions including a technology enhanced backbone and has achieved tremendous organic and acquisitive growth with the support of their private equity sponsor.

We are seeking a transformative Chief Financial Officer who will partner strategically with the CEO to support strategic decision making, provide financial acumen, improve operations and drive the business forward. This position requires a hands-on and nimble, high caliber finance and accounting leader who can build, develop, mentor and lead a lean team and will be responsible for improving financial reporting and forecasting. The CFO will have previous experience within the equipment distribution and field services sectors and will understand the pace required to perform effectively within a private equity environment.
