This position will be based on-site at our North Lauderdale, Florida location.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Banking Customer Service Representative,

your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.Connect with customers via phone / email / chat / and or social media to resolve their questions or concernsCalmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issuesEscalate interactions when necessary and appropriateRespond to requests for assistance and / or possible processing paymentsTrack all call related information for auditing and reporting purposesProvide feedback on call issuesUpsell if requiredWe’re looking for
