Project Coordinator - Artelye Marble and Granite
We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Project Coordinator with a high level of customer service to join our Builder Group.

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES :
Managing your assigned accounts daily.
Check builder portal daily for new orders, change orders, reschedules and service requests.
Answer phone calls / emails and return messages hourly.
Schedule measures and install dates in a timely manner according to the builder's contractual obligations.
Knowledge of all contract agreements pertaining to your specific builder account.
Communicate with all internal and external departments to ensure jobs are being properly completed.
Ability to read drawings and measurements for data entry accuracy.
Manage customer relationship : expectations, needs, concerns, etc., to encourage the consumption and sale of new products
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for advancement. We offer paid time off, health benefits, and 401k after probationary period.
