Empower your Project Management career with TEC Group. I am partnering with a well-established casework / millwork contractor in North Orange County to identify a talented Project Manager with commercial millwork experience.
In this role you will be responsible for understanding project requirements by reviewing, blueprints, schematics, and contracts.
Responsibilities :
- Work with other Project Managers and team members to develop project plans and timelines
- Responsible for multiple jobs that range from $200k up to $2mil
- Ensure projects come in under budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide guidance to caseworkers on complex projects
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in a high volume, commercial casework facility
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, contract management, and schematics, contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
