As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves ready to boomerang back again.

What You'll Do :

As a Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Engage with Guests : Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Efficient Transactions : Scan grocery items, process sales and efficiently, and handle monetary transactions with care.
  • Bagging with Care : As needed, bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in the condition they left our store.
  • Stay Informed : Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
  • Maintain Order : Keep your register station neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Communication : Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Quality Standards : Ensure all quality and quantity standards are met, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
  • Teamwork : Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
  • Honor Commitments : Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

  • Accuracy : Ability to read, count, and write accurately to ensure precise transactions.
  • Equipment Operation : Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
