Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated NA / CNAs to join our team in providing exceptional care for seniors in the Honolulu area.
As a provider of home health care and assisted living services, we are committed to helping our clients live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary in the range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely records of clients' care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards
Requirements :
- Active NA / CNA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or home care setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic care techniques and procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
