Job Title : Anatomic Pathology Operations Manager (Direct Hire)

  • Salary Range : $111,376.98 – $167,066.06 annually

Position Overview

The Anatomic Pathology Operations Manager oversees daily operations within the histology, cytology, and MOHS laboratories to ensure high-quality testing, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This leadership role manages supervisory staff, fosters teamwork, and ensures adherence to hospital and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Technology or related science required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience.
  • Current NYS license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Cytotechnologist, Histotechnologist, or Pathologists’ Assistant.
  • ASCP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and quality management skills.
