Specific responsibilities may include project management, project design, regular communications with customers & contractors, and more.

Summary of Responsibilities
- You will design all mechanical aspects of facility / building systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls, fire sprinklers, etc.) for buildings such as schools, colleges, medical and healthcare facilities, institutional facilities, office buildings, commercial and retail spaces, food service and hospitality industry, etc.
- You will be responsible for the management and supervision of mechanical technicians to complete projects in a timely, cost-efficient manner
- You will be responsible for feasibility studies, actual design, developing / construction documents, and following projects through construction, start-up and beyond
- You must coordinate with other engineers to produce synergistic solutions
- You may lead client meetings and resolve customer and management issues related to projects
- You will manage technical challenges, and be responsible for business development and project proposals, technical reports, and project budgets
- Additional responsibilities may include managing all aspects of Mechanical Engineering (HVAC, plumbing, controls, fire sprinklers, Special Systems, etc...) in a project
Requirements
- You have a Professional Registration (PE) or have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) and be on track to get registered in the near future
- You possess a Bachelor's or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’experience in the design of Building HVAC, Plumbing, Controls and Fire Sprinkler systems
- You are proficient in technical writing
