Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction

Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

Establish strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent inventory and cost control

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and practices

Continuously innovate and refine processes to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience

Proven track record as a successful Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume establishment

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and regulations

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers
