Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize and manage inventory.

What you will be doing :
- Foster positive customer relations through effective communication
- Respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner
- Serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department
- Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work
- Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts
- Work directly with the production team to assure needed parts are available
Experience you'll need :
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds
