Food Runner Responsibilities :
- Deliver food orders promptly to the correct table.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of all menu items.
- Serve as a point of contact between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure the station is well-stocked and maintain its cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the cocktail lounge.
- Perform busser duties and responsibilities as needed for business operations.
