Clinical Systems Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Systems Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary internal contact for all clinical systems-related inquiries and issues

Manage user access and troubleshoot issues across clinical systems for project teams

Oversee study room setup and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience with clinical systems such as CTMS and / or eTMF

Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and GxP requirements

Experience with system administration or configuration of clinical platforms preferred

Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management skills
