We are seeking a hardworking sales agent who thrives in a consultative environment combined with lead generation to help grow in home sales, including flipping and new home networking.
As a flip home sales-focused agent, you will identify flip opportunities while delivering an exceptional home buying experience by assessing client needs, assisting them in buying or selling, and guiding them through the process.
The ideal candidate must enjoy building rapport with customers and establishing trustworthy relationships with developers and builders while providing excellent service.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career
- Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely
- Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
- New home developer lead follow-up
- New home builder lead generation
- Close sales

- Sales talk mastery
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred
- Commission opportunity
- Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
- A proven track record of sales and success
- Sales experience; sales talk training is a plus
- Good communication
- Must have working rights in the USA
- Must live in the greater Phoenix area
