Housekeeping Assistant Manager
The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service at Jonathan Beach Club. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, supervising staff, assisting with event set up / breakdown and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the following :
- Oversee and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, amenities, furniture, and equipment.
- Coordinate and ensure timely setup and cleanup of all events and activities.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and ensure accurate records.
- Daily cleaning assignments and setting up for banquets
- Partner for F&B and Sales for banquets set up needs
- Schedule and supervise housekeeping staff based on business needs and event demands.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance with the Engineering Department.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance within the department.
- Act on behalf of the Housekeeping Manager during their absence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3-5 years in a supervisory housekeeping role, preferably in hotels or private clubs.Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Availability : Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.Physical Requirements : Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Language : Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.Education :
