Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg / Telemetrymetry and Med Surg
- Position / Specialty : PCU - Gen 8 Acute (Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg Telemetrymetry and Med Surg travelers will have all levels)
- Start date : Every Other week on Tuesdays
- Ratios : 1 : 4 all shifts
- Years of experience REQ : 1 year
- First-timers accepted : (Y / N) No
- Weekend REQ : Yes- every other
- Certs REQ : ACLS, BCLS, and NIH
- Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
- Float Units : Neuro / Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surg, Uro / Vascular, Observation

- RTO Restrictions : Greater than 3 days will require Management approval
- Guaranteed Hours : 36 hour with the possibility of picking up an extra shift each week if available

Patient Age Group : Adults and Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses : Stroke, MS, Seizures, Myasthenia gravis, Other neurological issues, Craniotomies, Brain masses
Special Procedures / Unit Details : LP's - Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg Telemetrymetry and Med Surg
Work Setting : Telemetrymetrymetry and High flow Required
Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response : Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias
IV Therapy / Phlebotomy : Peripheral Line Care / Management
Neurological / Psychiatric : CVA and Pre / Post neurosurgery
Respiratory / Thoracic : Nasal Cannula and Non-invasive airway management
Computerized Charting : EPIC, Required
