Key Responsibilities
- Work engineering projects from concept through installation—including budgeting, planning, purchasing, and implementation.
- Increase plant productivity and reduce costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enhance product quality by meeting internal and external customer expectations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and collect / analyze data to support project decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing equipment and processes, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
- Provide training and documentation related to new equipment and processes.
Must-Haves to Interview :
Strong floor troubleshooting experience
Project lifecycle experiencePLC and HMI troubleshooting (not just design)Ladder logicExperience with GE and Allen Bradley equipment
