I am seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. Our practice is known for providing high-quality dental care with a focus on patient-centered services. If you're passionate about comprehensive treatment planning and working in a collaborative environment with a great team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Details

Work Schedule :

  • Mondays : 8 : 00a-5 : 00p
  • Thursdays : 1 : 00p-7 : 00p
  • Fridays : 8 : 00am-2 : 00p (June, July, Aug 7 : 00a-12 : 00p)

Team Support :

  • Work alongside 2-3 dental hygienists per day to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Support from 2 dental assistants per provider or 3 dental assistants when provider schedules overlap.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive treatment planning, including diagnostic exams and providing treatment options.
  • Restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry.
  • Collaborating with the hygiene team to provide coordinated care.
  • Maintaining patient records and documentation.
  • Educating patients on oral health and treatment options.
  • Maintaining a positive and compassionate relationship with patients & staff.

    • Qualifications :

  • DDS / DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
  • Experience with comprehensive treatment planning is preferred, if not mentorship provided.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
