COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM / PC)

• $351,000 minimum salary includes base + minimum work RVU and reachable Quality Measures & Patient Experience Bonuses
• Ramp up to $400,000 earnings potential; located 2.5 hours from Anchorage; No State Income Tax in Alaska
• $50,000 as a Sign-On / Relocation Bonus
• Bonus : Quality Measures (MIPS Measures Met) $20,000
• Bonus : Patient Experience (CG-CAHPS Score for 9 or 10 at 50th Percentile or above : $20,000
• Comprehensive benefits including malpractice, State License, and DEA paid
• PTO : 25 Days + 7 Holidays
• CME : $5,000 annually and 5 days
• The Alaska Permanent Fund - Pays Residents Oil & Gas Royalties (this year was $3,000 per a person)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM / PC)

• Mostly outpatient
• No NICU, no Critical Care, No OB
• Well-trained medical staff, great tech level, and sub-specialists to support you
• Existing patient panel allows for a quick ramp-up
• Schedule : Work Five 8 hour days, low patient volume
• 1 : 6 call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM / PC)

• Board Eligibility required, Board Certification preferred
• Become Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certified
• Will not consider Visa Candidates

COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM / PC)
