As Director of Legal Search, you will focus on closing job orders for the Legal Search Team, with the intent to build a team of legal recruiting professionals around you.

Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate Job Order Intakes to qualify job orders and build a go-to-market strategy to find qualified candidates
Build LinkedIn Projects & FirmProspects call lists that fit the Clients Job Order specifications
Make Cold Calls to Prospective Candidates to garner interest level in open Job Orders
Send outbound targeted emails to prospective candidates work email addresses
Market Active Candidates to a variety of prospective law firm clients, nationwide
Qualify candidates on Caliber and Interest Level to make a move
Present qualified candidates to Prospective Clients
Prepare candidates and schedule interviews, as needed
Train & manage a team of Legal recruiters
Work with the company President to exceed revenue goals
Target Key Performance Indicators :
Minimum of 2 Job Orders Secured per Week
5+ Candidate Submittals Per Week (Resume to Client)
200+ Outbound Cold Calls Per Week
200+ Outbound Cold Emails Per Week
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree required, JD preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM / applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn
- 7-10 years experience recruiting Attorneys, Associate-level and Partner-level
- Prior experience within a recruitment agency required
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Compensation : Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped commissions

Probationary Period :
All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employees performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners.
For the duration of 90 days, employment may be terminated at any time during this period without notice. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days.
During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
