Head of People Operations & Rewards
The Head of People Operations & Rewards oversees Shared Services (HRIS, Payroll, Leave Management) and Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Well-Being). This role will own and implement programs and systems that scale and grow the employee experience.

Essential Functions
- Designs total rewards (compensation, benefits, wellness, etc.) that align with company strategy, values, and purpose.
- Oversee compensation programs to include but not limited to pay and career framework, salary structure and associated incentives, equity and competitiveness.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of UFCU's benefit and wellness programs.
- Regularly assess the internal equity and external competitiveness of the company's benefits and wellness programs.
People Operations
Oversee and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of payroll.Work with team to manage quarter and year-end activities, along with associated reporting requirements such as ACA, and other compliance reporting.Works with HRIS Analyst to request and analyze recurring and ad-hoc reports on benefits utilization and trends.Oversight of leave management to include but not limited to FMLA and ADA in conjunction with short-term disability plansIn coordination with HRIS, drive automation within HRIS system to deliver enhanced end-user experiences.Oversight and responsibility for data integrity, security, and driving people performance through data and technology.Other

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources-related degree, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience is required.10+ years of experience working in Human Resources7+ years of experience leading and managing teams, people operations experienceLeads and manages team of HR Professionals, to include but not limited to coaching, performance management and development, feedback, etc.In-depth understanding of People Operations best practices, with the ability to move seamlessly from strategy development to executionDemonstrated understanding of compliance issues, including federal, state, and municipal employment lawsUKG experiencePHR or SPHR or related certification, preferredCCP or related certification, preferredExperience with lean or agile methodologies, preferredKnowledge / Skills / Abilities
