SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
ROLE
Kaimetrix is hiring a Senior Test Engineer for a federal client in Fort Belvior, VA. This role requires a deep understanding of Test and Evaluation (T&E) methodologies, military intelligence operations, and exceptional analytical skills to ensure operational excellence in intelligence missions.
We will support INSCOM's mission by delivering products and services that enhance readiness and sustain Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities.
Key support activities include Program / Project Management, Network Engineering, Data Visualization, Cloud Engineering, System / Program Administration, Operations Research / Systems Analysis, Data Platform Analysis, System Evaluation, Test / Data Engineering, Full Stack / System / DevOps Engineering, System Engineering, and Distributed Processing, and Exploitation and Dissemination - Converged Infrastructure (DPED-CI).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assessment and System Evaluation Support : Provide comprehensive assessment and system evaluation support for INSCOM MI and cyber capabilities.
- Critical Analysis : Analyze system requirements for testability, ensuring systems meet operational and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning : Formulate and implement a strategic T&E strategy, including the creation or customization of Test and Evaluation Master Plans and System Evaluation Plans / Reports.
- Monitoring and Reporting : Diligently monitor test events, report on systems' effectiveness, suitability, and survivability, and communicate complex technical data effectively.
- Documentation : Write Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), and edit technical / professional documents at a high level.
- Collaboration : Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful T&E outcomes, demonstrating familiarity with INSCOM, Multi-Domain Operations, and CEEC Capabilities.
- Travel : Travel to various test sites and operational areas as required, adapting to high-stress situations and responding to rapidly evolving scenarios.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in Test and Evaluation, including experience with Operational and Developmental T&E.
- Ability to write MOP / MOE and create or customize Test and Evaluation Master Plans and System Evaluation Plans / Reports.
- DAWIA Test and Evaluation Practitioner Certification or equivalent.
- Current DoD Baseline Certification at IAT Level II or Higher.
- Ability to obtain and maintain, throughout the duration of the contract, access to NSA facilities and computer systems.
EDUCATION
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (master’s degree preferred).

- U.S. citizenship is required since this role supports the U.S. Federal government
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI Eligible
