Job Summary :

The Human Resources Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and administration of the company's human resources strategies and programs, including succession planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, leadership development, talent management, diversity initiatives, performance management and employee relations programs.

Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following) :

  • Establishing long-range human resource strategies and practices for the organization to meet specific business objectives.
  • Ensures business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirement globally to minimize risk to the organization.
  • Responsible for full employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, leave of absence, exit meeting, etc.).
  • Administer benefits program including group health, life, and AD&D insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, employee assistance, and annual open enrollment.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures, including the employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policy, fair employment practices and government regulations.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related concerns.
  • Prepare budget and rolling forecast for human resources operations.
  • Partner with supervisory staff and business leaders to identify training needs and / or gaps and develop training programs as appropriate.

Also, present training and development programs to fit the needs of the Company

  • Prepare HR metrics and corporate presentations.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal HR communications; plan and facilitate employee events
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Manage a HR Generalist and an Assistant.

Job Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,

or other related area / training.

Experience and / or Training : 10+ years' experience and / or training in full spectrum of Human

Resources positions (at least 5+ years' of supervisory experience). Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrate organizational skills, problem-solving skills, active listening and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult or volatile situations / individuals effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, execution and follow up skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with the human resources staff.
  • Ability to develop human resources strategy and goals in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Able to handle sensitive personnel issues with confidentiality, tact and discretion.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build team-working dynamics
  • Positive attitude and great work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook and Microsoft Teams; working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Navision preferred.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and multiple HR disciplines, including : compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to work together with global employees across different time zones during off-hours.
  • This role requires occasional local travel to attend workshops or seminars; and may travel internationally to regional ADLINK offices (when safe to do so)
  • Positive attitude and great work ethic.

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; regularly use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls;

talk and hear; and doing things such as analytical work or reports, which requires focus, while utilizing a computer.

  • Must be able to operate general office equipment.
  • Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work together with global employees across different time zones during off-hours.
  • Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel, for career fairs and / or professional workshops up to 3 times per year.

The expected annual base pay range for this position is expected to be $130,000 to $180,000. Multiple factors are considered in determining base pay including (but not limited to) an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
