Pay Rate : $35–$38 / hour (W2)

Duration : 12 months contract

Location : Hybrid – San Diego, CA (Onsite : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support critical supply operations and logistics for a growing life sciences organization. In this short-term contract role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring the timely and accurate flow of materials and products across both internal teams and external supply chain partners. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a solid foundation in supply chain logistics, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage supply operations for assigned products and suppliers, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (CMOs, warehouses).
• Execute and monitor shipments of materials; complete related ERP transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update key data in ERP systems and external tools (Excel, Smartsheet), ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor serialization activities to ensure compliance with DSCSA requirements.
• Assist in the design and execution of shipping studies for temperature-sensitive materials.
• Support change control processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Generate accurate and compliant reports for internal stakeholders using ERP and reporting tools.
