Description

The IV Compounding Coordinator will lead all compliance and training efforts across Temple Health. Responsible for compliance, policy and procedure development and for ensuring that all staff are trained appropriately.

Develops, implements and sustains all relevant policies / procedures around compounding. In conjunction with the local leader, represents and serves as a subject matter expert on IV compounding.

Education

Bachelors Degree : College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (Required)

Doctorate Degree : PharmD (Preferred)

Experience

5 years experience in a hospital pharmacy (Required)

2 years experience with IV compounding (Required)

License / Certifications

RPH-LIC - PA Pharmacist License (Required)

BCSCP Board Cert Sterile Comp Pharm (Preferred)
