Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to join our Data Products team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and transforming our data assets to drive the next generation of advertising solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of data management, governance, and application in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize our ad stack.
What You'll Do :
Data Strategy Development : Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and product vision.
Data Governance : Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
Product Management : Oversee the development and management of data products, including data types, formats, and potential use cases.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams to make data accessible across the organization and drive data integration into various product lines.
Vision for ML and AI : Develop and implement a vision for leveraging ML and AI technologies to process data and enhance the ad stack.
Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure the delivery of valuable data solutions.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in a Data Products role, with significant experience in the CTV, streaming content, online display, or video media industries.
5-10 years of Product Management experience
Expertise : Proven expertise in managing effective product groups and delivering data-driven solutions in Agile Product Management processes.
Technical Skills : Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data integration technologies.
ML and AI Knowledge : Experience with machine learning and AI applications in data processing and advertising technology.
Leadership : Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals.
Communication : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Product Management
