About The Position
Job Title : Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics Job Specialty : RRT Pediatrics Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Open to 48 hours / week Experience : 2 years in specialty required, NICU and / or PICU experience desirable License : Compact or State License Required at Submission Certifications : BLS & PALS required, NRP preferred Must-Have : COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines Required (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)Job Description : - Provide pediatric respiratory care in NICU and / or PICU settings- Work every other weekend- Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed- Possess level 1 trauma experience (for most units)- Ensure compliance with facility and licensing requirements- Verify rehire eligibility if previously employed at the facility- Participate in an 8-hour orientation sessionPlease ensure all potential candidates meet the specified requirements, including certifications, licenses, and experience, to ensure smooth integration into the role.
