REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
- Prior experience in staffing and payroll is a must.
- Prior experience as an HR Director within a healthcare facility is a must.
- Strong people skills and employee relations skills.
