Responsibilities :
- Work with K 12th grade students, customizing services to meet their individual needs.
- Evaluate and assist students in various areas of speech and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective interventions.
- Conduct assessments and create detailed reports to support decision-making.
- Develop personalized treatment plans with a focus on family involvement.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations for student and family information.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy license.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
