Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for a high- volume full service, upscale casual dining restaurant
- HIGH ENERGY AND UPBEAT with the ability to liven up the market and can easily embrace change
- Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate team
- Excellent people management skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation

Position Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of current General Management experience in a full-service, high volume casual dining restaurant
- Both FOH and BOH management experience
