Equity Application Support Engineer

Join a high-performing investment firm during an exciting phase of growth and innovation. We're launching a new Equities business and seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to support mission-critical trading systems and collaborate directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Analysts.

• Support and enhance Equities trading, PnL, risk, research & compliance platforms
• Maintain and improve front, middle, and back-office systems
• Troubleshoot real-time issues and optimize workflows
• Collaborate globally across teams and time zones
• Document procedures and support flows
• Provide rotational support across regions (evenings / weekends)
• Strong in Python, PowerShell, SQL, FIX protocol
• Experience with OMS / EMS platforms (Flextrade, Triton, SpiderRock)
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Kubernetes), messaging platforms (Kafka, Solace), and monitoring tools (Geneos, Zabbix)
• Deep understanding of US Equities lifecycle and products (Cash Equities, Options, Futures)
• Exposure to enterprise schedulers (Control-M, AutoSys, Airflow)
