Pay Rate : $45,000 - $55,000 per year
We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Review Titles and Lien Searches
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate public documents for preparation of files
- Monitor, prepare and conduct follows up on files from beginning to end.
- Record and store client information
- Answer Telephone calls and help clients, brokers, and adversaries with information
- Prepare bank documents for bank real estate closings
Qualifications :
- 1 year Previous experience as a paralegal in a Real Estate Firm
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Fluency in a second language is preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office programs, Easy Soft and / or LEAP, emails, adobe
- Pay is commensurate with experience
