Job Summary

Front desk role including administrative ops, bookkeeping (Quickbooks), and other financial services duties.

Duties

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Assist with data entry tasks and updating records
  • Support staff with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Front Desk Duties

Skills

  • Previous experience in financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a requirement
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment

A background check will be conducted.

Job Type : Full-time

Expected hours : 40 per week + Saturdays during Tax Season (OT)
