Physician Health Partners is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
This position will provide support to our provider services areas and report to the VP, Network Strategy & Growth, along with their leadership teams, in a manner consistent with the highest levels of performance and professionalism.
The position requires solid skills in the areas of relationship building, communication, presentation development, meeting management and working with external partners and with colleagues at all levels within the organization.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00pm MST with some early morning and evening hours
Primary Responsibilities
- Complex executive-level calendar, travel and expense management
- Set-up meeting arrangements and coordinate changes in meeting schedules
- Ensure there are fallback plans as part of coordinating critical meetings; pivot quickly as situational changes may warrant
- Plan and organize logistics of large and / or offsite events and catering, using internal resources as needed
- Monitor email and identify urgent requests
- Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information, using sound judgement to prioritize taking action
- Prepare presentations, letters, memos, monthly and quarterly reports and charts using MS Office applications
- Be in the Denver office 1-2 times per week to greet visiting clients and help with in-office work such as printing and meeting management
- Independently perform varied administrative duties related to functional area
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Handle highly confidential information discreetly
- Lead preparation and tracking of meetings including board meetings and committees, external provider meetings, health plan JOCs - some meetings include early morning and evening times 2-3 times per month
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience in support of senior executives
- Experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience arranging Microsoft Teams virtual meetings and teleconferences
- Experience coordinating meetings and conferences for senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Project coordination experience
- Health care experience ideal, but not required
Salary Range : $33 - $35 hourly
