Party Lead at The City Forum

Role Overview :
As a Party Lead, y ou will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and success of our parties. You'll be the go-to person for training party hosts, maintaining standards, and facilitating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities :
Exceptional Customer Service :
- Ensure that all Guests have an outstanding and exceptional visit
- Ensure that the Birthday Party Child is provided with a memorable and enjoyable experience
- Ensure Parents and Guests are given the Red Carpet Treatment.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing responsive and courteous service.
Leadership :
- Bridge communication between management and hosts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Uphold standards and policies while identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Trainer
- Warmly welcome and train new Party Hosts to ensure they deliver outstanding service.
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance our training program.
- Act as a mentor to foster a culture of excellence among Party Hosts.
Party Coordination
- Prepare and greet party guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe and fun environment.
- Facilitate the party schedule, ensuring activities run smoothly and on time.
- Engage children and parents with entertaining activities and games.
- Support party operations and staff development to enhance efficiency.
Teamwork
- Foster a positive team culture by supporting and collaborating with fellow team members.
- Address conflicts constructively to maintain a cohesive team environment.
Inventory Management
Assist with inventory and supplies to ensure seamless party operations.
Requirements

Physical Requirements
- Mobility : You should be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during events. Whether you're welcoming guests, supervising activities, or assisting with setup, being on your feet is a big part of the role.
- Strength : Our party setups often involve lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. From equipment to supplies, you'll need the strength to handle these tasks safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility : Bending, kneeling, and reaching may be necessary for event setup and coordination. We strive to create magical party atmospheres, and sometimes that means getting down to ensure every detail is perfect.
- Adaptability : Our event spaces can be bustling with noise and activity, and temperatures may vary throughout the venue.
You should be comfortable working in dynamic environments and able to adapt to changing conditions.
Comfort : While you'll spend much of your time on your feet, there may also be periods where you're required to sit for administrative tasks or meetings.

- Repetitive Motion : Some tasks, such as typing, data entry, and filing, may require repetitive movements. Good manual dexterity is essential for efficiently handling office equipment and paperwork.
