R.J.'s Bob-Be-Que Shack in Mission, KS is looking for a dining room supervisor to join our team. We are located on 5835 Lamar Ave in MIssion, KS. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. This is an hourly plus tips position. Supervisors average $60,000 plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise carry-out , food runners, and servers to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a working management position
  • Manage inventory for front of house items.

Qualifications

  • Previous server / management experience is required.
  • Understanding of restaurant marketing techniques
  • Basic management skills
